★ Terms of Service ★

- I have the right to refuse any commission, if I'm not comfortable or I'm just not able to draw the character, etc.- I work in a slot-based system. Once slots are filled, I won't take more until they’re completed.- Feel free to DM about your commission via Discord. Replies may be slow: Timezones or I am busy.- I usually take up to about 1 week - 5 months to work on your commission, depending on my mental health or burnout.

- Visual reference of a character is needed. I will not work off descriptions
(Unless it’s for customs).- All artwork will contain my watermark. That way it's certified as mine (Will provide unwatermarked version in private).- My artwork is to NOT to be sold and/or used for Crypto/NFT/AI Art use.- If you intend to use for commercial purposes (i.e Twitch & YouTube), please let me know beforehand and we can discuss.

- Payments are done through PayPal, using USD ($).- Price may rise, depending if the character has very COMPLEX features to be drawn.- DO NOT complain about price. Please be sure to check you can pay before commissioning.

- Full payment is required BEFORE I start your commission (Unless specified).- I DO NOT accept Cryptocurrency! Doing so will put you on the blacklist!- Refunds will be provided if I DON’T HAVE THE TIME, or the commission was TOO COMPLICATED.

- If there's any issue with your finished commission, please message me. I’d be happy to edit/make small adjustments.- You are free to use/share the final product, just as long as you give credit to me as the original artist.

- If you are uncomfortable with me posting the finished product on my social medias, please let me know in advance.-

I WON'T DRAW- NSFW (Sexual/Fetish Art & Gore)
- Very Complex Designs (Mechs, Horror, etc)
- Full/Detailed Scenes & Backgrounds
- Art Intended to Harm/Degrade Others (Racism, Homophobia, Transphobia, etc)
